Caleb is a seasoned preacher, worship leader, and entrepreneur with a heart deeply rooted in faith and innovation. As a ministry leader, he has held key leadership roles within multiple non-profit and ministry organizations, including the International House of Prayer of Kansas City, which reaches 12 million people annually. He is the founder of Naioth Movement, dedicating it to discipling Christians to live from God’s presence, minister in God’s power, and bless God’s people.

As an entrepreneur and business leader, Caleb is the voice behind the top 40 Entrepreneurship podcast, "Own The Exit." With a passion for mentoring Kingdom Minded entrepreneurs, he integrates spiritual principles into his business insights. 

Caleb’s greatest joy, and greatest accomplishment is his family. He is married to his high school love, Kaila, and they share the joys of parenting their three children, Isla, Ivy, and Zion.
